A settled round is fixed by five facts: the epoch, the nonce, your client seed, the round key the server disclosed at settlement, and the bet you placed. From those, anyone can recompute both commitments, the result digest, the outcome, and the payout. This page does exactly that, in your browser, and shows every step.
