Terms of use
These terms are short on purpose. They describe what Pascali is today and what using it means. If something here is unclear, ask us before you play.
1. What Pascali is
Pascali offers probability games — Dice, Plinko, and Limbo — played with bitcoin you deposit. Your balance is your wallet balance, in satoshis: a round stakes from it, a win is paid into it, and it is withdrawn as bitcoin, as section 4 describes. There is no other balance and nothing is converted. A free round, at a stake of 0, is always available and runs and settles like any other.
Every result is fixed by committed server and client seeds. Pascali's server records the authoritative outcome, payout, and balance. Your browser independently recomputes the result for verification; the animation never determines it.
2. Who may play
- You must be at least 18 years old, or older if the law where you live sets a higher age for games of chance. We ask you to confirm this before you play; we do not verify it, so confirming it untruthfully is a breach of these terms.
- You are responsible for making sure that using Pascali is lawful where you are. We may restrict where we take wagers from, and we may decline or close access at our discretion.
- One person, one account. Do not create accounts to evade limits.
3. Accounts and balance
- Your first visit creates a guest account. It opens with nothing and we issue nothing: a guest can play free rounds, at a stake of 0, which run and settle like any other and pay nothing. Adding an email address lets you keep and resume that account and lets you deposit; a paid round stakes what you have deposited and nothing else.
- We may change games, limits, or rules, or pause the service at any time, with or without notice. None of that changes your balance.
- Your support reference (shown in the Account panel) is the only identifier you need to give support. Support will never ask you for a login code, a withdrawal code, your session cookie, or the entropy you set. You may share the round evidence exported by the Copy evidence control.
4. Bitcoin wallet
Pascali offers a bitcoin custody wallet to accounts with an email address. Its balance is what you stake and what you withdraw: a round stakes from it, a win is paid into it, and nothing is ever converted into or out of it.
- Deposits go to a personal address we create for you. A deposit becomes spendable after the confirmation policy shown on the wallet page.
- Withdrawals require a code sent to your account email. They have a minimum, shown on the wallet page. A withdrawal can be stopped while it is still waiting to be sent, and the wallet page offers that for as long as it lasts — usually only seconds, and never guaranteed. Once sending has begun it cannot be stopped. Any withdrawal fee is a flat amount shown beside what you are sending before you confirm it, and is deducted from that amount: the address you name receives the amount less the fee, and no network fee is charged on top of it. A withdrawal that is stopped or fails is refunded in full, fee included. Amounts are bounded too: by what one account may take over a rolling 24 hours, and by limits that apply across Pascali rather than to your account. A withdrawal refused for either reason takes nothing from your balance, and support can help you move an amount that does not fit.
- We may pause deposits or withdrawals while our own record and our custody provider disagree about a balance. While paused, your balance remains yours.
- Closing an account requires withdrawing its bitcoin first, as the privacy policy also says.
5. Fair play
Rate limits protect everyone’s play. Do not automate requests to evade them, probe for or exploit defects, or interfere with other players or the service. If you find a problem, tell us at [email protected]; we would rather fix it than argue about it.
6. Fairness
Results follow a published commit–reveal protocol. Your browser verifies each round the moment it settles, and after an epoch retires and reveals its seed, every round in it can be verified by anyone on the fairness page. That page describes the protocol and publishes the frozen test vectors and a verifier you can save and run offline; if what the site shows ever disagrees with what those let you recompute, the recomputation wins and we fix the site.
7. No warranty, limited liability
Pascali is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. A settled round is final and its stake is not refundable; a round that is voided returns its stake to your balance. Bitcoin in the wallet is not a payment to us, and is withdrawn rather than refunded. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. The effective date at the top changes when we do, and continuing to play after that means you accept the update.
